Home visit, video call or telephone consultation available. *
Appointments to suit you.
The consultation will include listening to you, your loved one or your family’s concerns regarding care.
We explore and discuss care solutions to suit your individual circumstances which could include home-care, benefits, funding, residential or live in care, social services and support.
A written summary, with all relevant information and links can be sent to you following the consultation. **

* Home Visits may be subject to mileage/travel fee depending on location.

Other Services

Care Home Visit

We will arrange an accompanied visit to a Care Home of your choice for yourself or your loved one.

This option may be particularly beneficial to carers whose parents or loved ones live away from them.

Benefit Check

We will check for any means and non-means tested benefits you may be entitled to.

Form Filling & Attendance Allowance

Family Care Advice will support you to complete, photocopy and send off relevant completed application forms for a range of care benefits and allowances.
