Form Filling & Attendance Allowance

Attendance Allowance is a non-means tested benefit for people aged over 65 who have care needs.

It is a 28 page long form that can be a bit overwhelming and time consuming.

Family Care Advice will support you to complete, photocopy and send off the completed application.

All payments are backdated to the day we order the Attendance Allowance Claim Pack.

Blue Badge Claim

We can support you to complete and submit an application for a Blue Badge to allow you to park in Disabled Parking Bays etc.

COST: £98
